When my grandma visited my home for christmas she told us that the priest of our local catholic church had suddenly left in summer. He had more or less left over night, and suddenly he was gone. Nobody knew why, my grandmother said that whatever it was, he must have totally fallen out with the bishop over it.
Yesterday, an old friend from church sent me a link. I am absolutely in favour of IN DVBIO PRO REO, but I guess the case is pretty much closed.
